The website offers travel information and links to providers. It does not ask for passport details, payment card numbers or passwords. Questions sent by email or to the Telegram assistant are processed to provide support.
The Telegram assistant receives your messages, Telegram identifier and selected language. A short conversation history is stored for replies; a support request is sent to a human operator only through the Support action. Telegram, Make and the connected AI service process messages. Do not send sensitive documents in chat.
Optional Google Analytics measures page views, language and clicks after consent. Our custom events omit search text and link query strings; Google may receive browser and network information.
